In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all parts of your swimmer's life.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate swim instructor to teach swimming to special needs kids. The ideal candidate should be patient, caring, and have experience working with children with disabilities. As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing swim lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of each child. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Teach swimming skills to children with special needs in a safe and supportive environment
Develop individualized lesson plans that are tailored to each child's abilities and needs
Monitor and assess each child's progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers about their child's progress and any concerns
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during swim lessons
Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Requirements:

Experience working with children with special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
CPR and First Aid certification
Background check
