Job Summary: We seek a skilled swim instructor with lifeguard certification to join our team. This part-time role involves teaching swim lessons and ensuring pool safety. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Teach swim lessons to various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to swimmers' needs.
- Enforce pool safety rules and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
- Communicate with parents about participant progress.
Qualifications:
- A certified swim instructor with lifeguard certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
Uniforms: Lifeguards are required to wear SwimLabs® uniform.
Hours: 6-30 hours per week
